Northcom Business Centre seeking tenants

Aug 31 2011

SHERWOOD – The Northcom Business Centre is seeking tenants for its opening in April 2012. APM is completing this project for a private vendor who has purchased the property from APM, but the company will design, build and be responsible for leasing the units.

The service mall, located at 410 Mt. Edward Road, will house 10 spots for retail, service, office, or light industrial business. Tenants will be offered very reasonable rates in receipt for top quality location in a growing area of the Island. The spaces will be built-to-suit for interested tenants.

The location of the Northcom Business Centre cannot be beat. This brand-new facility will be located very close to the Charlottetown by-pass, allowing very easy access in an expanding area of Charlottetown.

CEO Tim Banks is taking lead on this project as he knows that this is an exciting business opportunity for the Island. He has already received overwhelming interest from anchor tenants for this property and is looking to fill the building as soon as possible.

“The investment opportunity in this area is incredible,” said Mr. Banks. “We are building a state-of-the-art facility in a very strategic part of town, right next to the by-pass and around new residential housing. This could be a great fit for any existing or new business.”

Mr. Banks doesn‟t anticipate having any trouble filling this business centre and is actively seeking out tenants now.

“A brand new building like this will fill itself, especially because of the location and because the spaces are „built to fit‟ any tenant… We‟re definitely welcoming any discussions with local businesses to fill these ten spots. We have some great leasing incentives and we‟re even willing to buy out or assume some existing leases in order to make a deal work. This project is exciting and we are looking forward to creating great business opportunities for the commercial community on PEI.”
