Construction management is a collaborative approach where APM becomes your agent and construction expert. We work with you and your designer to create a team atmosphere with open and organized lines of communication. This team orientation combined with our decades of diverse engineering and construction experience enables us to exceed expectations for quality, cost and schedule.

Our construction management team is most effective if we are engaged during the early stages of design. At this time, we are able to supplement the design team by providing valuable input related to cost, schedule, constructability and logistics.

As construction managers we manage the tender process and provide you with the opportunity to participate in the creation of bidder lists, bid selection and bid negotiation. APM manages contract administration in an "open book" format that provides you with full disclosure of the various bids and other project costs.

During construction we provide construction supervision, contract administration, safety management and quality control services. At the later stages we manage commissioning, project closeout and warranties in conjunction with your consulting team.

As our client you can choose the level of involvement that you want to have at the various stages of design and construction.
