1. All
home plans for construction of homes or the construction of any
additional building or structure, prior to June 30, 2008, shall
be approved by Tim Banks or Brian Gillis, or their designates,
as appointed in writing. It being understood that any such
approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Thereafter, any
new home plans or design changes to existing plans shall be
prepared and endorsed to conform to these design Covenants by a
professional architect licensed to practice architecture in
Prince Edward Island.
2. Enforcement
of these Covenants shall be the responsibility of Tim Banks or
his designate for the period expiring June 30, 2011, and
thereafter enforcement shall be the responsibility of the
residents of the subdivision.
